The G2803 28mm incremental encoder offers 28 pulse count options from 50 to 3600 P/R, including standard resolutions such as 100, 120, 125, 150, 180, 200, 250, 256, 300, 360, 400, 500, 512, 600, 720, 800, 900, 1000, 1024, 1200, 1800, 2000, 2048, 2400, 2500, 3000 and 3600 P/R. Custom CPR values can also be accommodated per customer request.
The G2803 28mm servo flange encoder supports 6 output methods: open-collector NPN (C), open-collector PNP (CP), voltage output (T), complementary output (F), 26LS31 differential line driver RS422 compatible (L), and 7272 wide voltage output (K). The differential line driver output is recommended for long-distance industrial applications requiring noise immunity.
The G2803 servo flange encoder features a maximum mechanical rotation speed of 6000 r/min with a response frequency up to 80 kHz. It operates reliably from -20°C to +80°C with storage from -30°C to +85°C. With MTBF exceeding 50,000 hours at +25°C, this compact 28mm encoder delivers long-term durability for continuous industrial servo motor feedback operation.
G2803 model selection requires 7 parameters: product model (G2803), pulse count (50 to 3600 P/R), number of phases (Z for A/B/Z), output method (C/CP/T/F/L/K), power supply voltage (5V, 5-24V, H = 5-24V Input, 5V Output / L = 5V Input, 5-24V Output), cable outlet method (D/G/H/F), and cable length (0.17m, 1m or 2m standard).
